Getting Started gettingStarted#
The essentials: signing in, finding your way around, and where your day begins.
How to use
- Log in with the credentials your company admin provided. If you received an invitation code, enter it on the login screen to activate your account.
- Your home screen is MY DAY — a dashboard shaped by your role. Tap the home icon in the header to return to it from anywhere.
- Tabs live in the bottom bar (phone) or the left rail (desktop). Extra tabs are under MORE.
- Check your Profile to verify your name, contact info, and notification preferences.
- On phone, tablet and desktop builds you can set up a Quick PIN in Profile > Security for faster sign-in on that device.
My Day myday#
Your role-based daily dashboard: a greeting panel followed by stacked status cards. Sections hide themselves when they have nothing to show.
How to use
- Tap the home icon in the header any time to return to My Day.
- Tap any row in MY TICKETS, ACTIVE TRIP, or MESSAGES to jump straight to that ticket, trip, or conversation.
- Pull down to refresh every card at once.
- Use the + button or the 3-dot menu to add a quick Reminder; swipe a reminder on the REMINDERS card to dismiss it.
Notifications notifications#
The bell in the header collects everything that needs your attention — assignments, mentions, SLA warnings, approvals, trip prompts — grouped by date with one-tap actions.
How to use
- Tap the bell to open the Notification Center; the badge shows the unread count.
- Tap a notification to jump to its ticket, trip, or chat.
- Use the filter chips (All, Unread, or a specific type) to narrow the list.
- ACCEPT or DECLINE ticket invitations right on the card.
- Trip prompts offer one-tap progression — start travel, start work, or resume — without leaving the tray.
- Tap MARK ALL READ to clear the badge.
Tabs#
Work · Tickets work.tickets#
The ticket browser — every service ticket in one searchable, filterable list. Tickets flow Pending > Assigned > In Progress > Submitted > Completed > Closed.
How to use
- Use the view dropdown to switch between Tickets and Projects.
- Type in the search box to filter the list live.
- Tap FILTER to narrow by Show (Not closed / Mine / Closed / All), status, and sort order — the badge shows active filters.
- Tap + to create a new ticket.
- Tap a ticket card for a quick preview; tap the open arrow to jump into the full ticket with its Details, Activity, Events, Photos, and Parts tabs.
- Scroll to load more automatically; pull down to refresh.
Work · Projects work.projects#
Multi-ticket jobs with objectives, budget, inventory and time rollups. A project groups tickets and tracks progress from Proposed through Completed.
How to use
- Switch the view dropdown from Tickets to Projects.
- Tap + to create a project; tap a card to open its detail.
- Inside a project: the Objectives tree tracks tasks and groups — tap an objective to edit, assign, or complete it.
- Link tickets on the Tickets tab (NEW TICKET or LINK EXISTING) — linked tickets power the Budget, Inventory, and Time tabs.
- When every objective is done, the project prompts for close-out and client sign-off (with signature and PDF report).
- Use FILTER for Show (All / Mine / Overdue), status, and sorting.
Calendar schedule#
The company calendar: tickets, recurring service events, and reminders on one Month / Week / Day grid.
How to use
- Switch views with the Month | Week | Day control; tap Today to jump back; use the arrows (or swipe on phone) to move around.
- Tap + New event, or tap an empty day cell, to create an event pre-filled with that date.
- Tap any event chip for its detail (edit from there); tap a ticket card to open the ticket.
- Red needs-scheduling cards are service events waiting for a date — tap one and confirm to create the PM ticket.
- The gear menu has Go to Date, Share calendar, Refresh, and Event colors.
- FILTER narrows by client, priority, red-flagged only, and shared events; the SHARING row shows who sees your calendar.
Chat chat#
Team messaging in channels — direct messages, team channels, per-ticket channels, and your Clippy AI conversation, grouped in one lobby.
How to use
- Tap a channel to open the conversation; unread counts show on the right.
- Tap + to create a channel (if your role allows it).
- Long-press a channel for Mark as Read or Archive.
- Tap a category header (DIRECT MESSAGES, TEAM CHANNELS, …) to collapse or expand it — the app remembers your choice.
- Search finds lobbies and people; the filter offers Unread only.
- The CLIPPY tile starts your private AI assistant chat.
Directory · People directory.people#
The company rolodex — everyone on the team, searchable by name, role, or email.
How to use
- Use the view dropdown to switch between People, Clients, and Sites.
- Tap a person to open their profile — contact info, role, branch, and quick actions.
- Tap + to add a person (role-gated by your company rules).
- FILTER narrows by role; the region toggle scopes the list to your branch.
Directory · Clients directory.clients#
Your customer companies — each client profile holds contacts, sites, tickets, and contracts in one place.
How to use
- Tap a client card to open its profile.
- Tap + to add a client; the address field auto-completes and pre-fills city, state, and ZIP.
- Long-press a client card to group it under a parent company, break it out, or move it — siblings share the same parent.
- FILTER narrows by branch.
Directory · Sites directory.sites#
Every service location — addresses, coordinates for the Status Map, equipment, and site health.
How to use
- Tap a site card for its profile: contacts, tickets, walkthrough, health report, and directions.
- Tap + to add a site — the address lookup fills the fields and geocodes the pin for the Map tab.
- Long-press a site to move it under a different client or group.
- FILTER narrows by client or branch; the region toggle scopes to your branch.
Status Map map#
A live pin map of your sites, colored by ticket, event, and health status, with an URGENT feed of items that need attention.
How to use
- Tap a pin for the site popup — from there: Create ticket, Open site profile, Get directions, or open the HEALTH REPORT.
- Tap items in the feed panel to jump to the ticket, project, event, or health item.
- Search sites from the header; FILTER offers category, Sites, Custom places, and Critical only toggles.
- Use + / − to zoom; tap All sites to clear a selection.
Inventory inventory#
Parts and equipment tracked in containers — your truck, the warehouse, a job box. See what is assigned to you or browse every container.
How to use
- Use the view dropdown: Assigned to Me, Catalog, or All.
- Tap a container to see its parts; tap a part for details and quantity adjustments.
- The 3-dot menu holds Transfer Items, Scan Mode (QR), and Bulk AI Add from photos (AI seat).
- Transfers move parts between containers with an accept step on the receiving end.
- FILTER narrows by kind, manager, or owner; managers can group by tech. The region toggle scopes to your branch.
Part Catalog inventory.catalog#
The company-wide parts master list — names, photos, barcodes, and prices. Techs scan purchases into their inventory against it.
How to use
- Open it from the Inventory view dropdown (Catalog) or the PART CATALOG button.
- Tap a catalog item to view or edit its details, photo, and barcode.
- Tap + to add a part (catalog editors only) — set name, number, barcode, and pricing.
- In Scan Mode, scanning a known barcode checks the part straight into your container.
Virtual Walkthrough walkthrough#
Pick a site and open its Virtual Walkthrough — a CAD-lite map of every room, device, and component on site, kept current by your team.
How to use
- Search or scroll the site list, then tap a site to open its workspace.
- The region toggle scopes the list to your branch.

The site editor: a tree + canvas + inspector for rooms, entities, and components, with template stamping, imports, and audits.
How to use
- HOME ribbon: search, GROUP BY (Room / Container / Type), layers, status filter chips (All / Normal / Working / Trouble / Malfunction), marker size, and zoom.
- INSERT ribbon: add a Room, Entity, or Component by hand.
- Stamp a template: arm it from a template gallery, then click the canvas or a tree row to place a copy. Esc or ✕ disarms.
- IMPORT ribbon: Import CSV of devices, or upload a floor plan image to stamp onto.
- AUDIT group: New Audit builds a walk-the-plan checklist as a PM ticket; the progress chip tracks pass/fail; Report shares the client PDF.
- Tap any tree row or marker to open its inspector and edit details or status.
Trips trips#
The live board of technician trips — who is en route, on site, working, or done, with travel and work timers.
How to use
- Use the view dropdown: All trips, En route, Working, or Completed.
- Search by trip, tech, or site.
- Tap a trip card for its sheet with View Tech, View Ticket, and Trip Detail.
- FILTER sets the sort (Tech name / Status / Time) and an auto-refresh toggle.
Files files#
The company File Locker — shared folders and files with search, type filters, and uploads.
How to use
- Tap a folder to open it; the + button acts on the folder you are in.
- Tap + for New Folder or Upload File.
- Search finds files and folders by name.
- FILTER narrows by type (Images / Video / Audio / Documents) and sorts by Name, Newest, or Largest.
Reports reports#
Live dashboards over your real data: company Overview, Tickets, Team performance, and Inventory analytics.
How to use
- Use the view dropdown: Overview, Tickets, Team, or Inventory.
- On Overview and Tickets, tap FILTER to pick a date range — "All time" when unset; Clear resets it.
- Tap through cards to the underlying tickets or team members where offered.
- The 3-dot menu refreshes the numbers.
Contracts contracts#
Service contracts and SLA policies — the contract library, client assignments, and response-time rules.
How to use
- Views: Library (templates), Assigned (per client/site), and SLA (response policies).
- Tap + for New Contract, Assign Contract, or New SLA Policy depending on the view.
- Contracts also appear on client and site profiles, where renewals surface as alerts.

Clippy AI clippy#
Your AI assistant — ask about anything in your workspace, get troubleshooting help, or hand it a photo to look at.
How to use
- Type a question and send. Simple asks (reminders, schedule lookups, ticket status, part lookups) are answered instantly on-device — even offline.
- Tap the paperclip to attach a photo from Camera or Gallery — great for wiring, labels, and equipment surveys.
- New chat starts fresh; the broom clears history.
- Clippy can create reminders and calendar events for you — just ask in plain words ("remind me tomorrow at 8 to call the parts desk").
Arcade games#
Casual games for downtime and team spirit — earn Arcade Tokens and climb the boards.
How to use
- Open it from Profile > Fun > Open Arcade.
- Tap a tile to play — slots, dice, idle tycoons, puzzles and more.
- Long-press a tile to reset that game's local save.
